I did a new review, the Dorset Naga.
This one hit me like a ton of bricks! no build just instant pain!

I drank banana and yoghurt milkshake before and after and made sure not to strain myself after - avoided the cramps.

Let's just say my body was keen to get it out of my system! That trip to the toilet felt like I'd been buggered with a lightsabre (sorry to more sensitive readers, but it's the only way to describe it..)
