I received these from my local adult beverage counter person, he said in Bangladesh, (the South Eastern side of India) they eat these like many of us eat pickles. They are a little dried out, I unseeded one and ate it, the heat is close to my Thai Hots.

Compared my store bought Abrol to these they sure could be the only differences are the size of the seeds and color the fresh could have been picked to early

If they are from Bangladesh, they are likely one of many similar looking Indian chiles.

Abrol is a typo. It's Chile de Arbol, but those look like they're probably a bit too large to be that. Also Chile de Arbol is more of a Mexican chile. Could be Hari Mirch or something similar, but as Potawie said there are sooo many similar varieties to those type of hot pods.
