Identification help requested

Hi folks, I'm quite new here but I'll try to provide as much information as I can.
I've bought this plant a few months ago at a local (Israeli) plantation. It came with bright red pods, and this is actually the first time I've it bloom. So here we go, information, sorted:

Flowers: Greenish-white corollas, purple anthers (see picture).
Pods: Small, cone-shaped, 1" long, 1/2" wide, red-only when ripe, green when not. No transitional colors as far as I know, goes straight to red from green. (see picture, the mark on the pod might be a frost bite of some sort).
Size: I believe my plant is fairly underdeveloped due to poor care on my end (ehehehe..), but it's about 6.5" tall, prefers to shoot up, and has a lot of dense branches.
Taste: it's hard to tell, really. I dried most of the pods and stored them away in a cabinet, but according to a friend who was brave enough to try a ripe pod, they were slightly acidic and not very hot (fairly mild, he said).

Pictures (excuse the size):

Thanks in advance!

They could be any of a hundred varieties, my friend. For species, I'd guess either C.Frutescens or C.Annuum, based on the flower and leaves. Pepper looks vaguely like a Super Chili, but like I said, there are hundreds of varieties that look virtually identical at a glance just like this one. I don't think it's Super Chili, though, 'cause those are not mild (30,000-60,000 Scovilles). It's one of the most nondescript pepper shapes out there, so you could have a bit of trouble IDing them properly without a genetic test. You'd best label them "Unknown" for now and note where you got the seeds/seedling, the year grown, and catalog them for a later day.
