If you use a food mill, what do you do with the leftover solids?

Ah jeez, I’ll have to do that next time. I forgot we even had a dehydrator. Got a Instapot 200-in-one oven thing, and it has a dehydrator function. I’ll have to unbox that thing.

mix with salt and other herbs for a seasoning mix.....

I freeze in ice cube trays and use as stock cubes.
