Im making a clean vegan Lime hot sauce without artificial ingridients

Hey folks!

I’m developing a ZESTY LIME hot sauce that’s made only with simple, healthy ingredients, so no oils, thickeners, or preservatives.

Right now, the base is super minimal, Lime juice, Vinegar (apple cider), Madame jeannette peppers, salt and sugar.

I'm now working on keeping it shelf friendly and creating a clean label, but without going the xanthan gum route or adding onions/garlic for now. I’d love your thoughts on this project and what you would like to see or specifically what you dont want to see in a hot sauce.
