I recently got into a house and would like to re-start growing indoors. Previously I had used a walk-in closet as a grow environment. I'd like to grow indoors since I have a very shaded yard and a short season.
Anyone have thoughts on the advantages or disadvantages of purchasing a grow tent versus creating one out of PVC and mylar? I'm not sure the latter would cheaper or necessarily stable enough, given that tents (where I live) run 200-400$.
