I need help identifying a virus/diseases on my scorpion seedlings. I fear it has moved to my reaper plant as well. Please help.

Also the leaf in the picture was cut from the plant about 30 min before the picture was taken. Before it was it had a bright white color like snow. They are hard lumps to the touch. Start small and curl the leaves.
