I just had this delivered yesterday afternoon and as I drink the Nitro Mocha Cold Brew I just poured, I am wondering what I should do first with it. Probably finish cook/blend another fermented sauce. This is supposed to have a little more control over heat and time on the pre-programed cycles and has several hundred more watts of blending power than my original Ace(that I really still like and likely will continue to use).
