Motura and Toivo
Motura
1. Slaughter a very sick goat (sick in that It has less than 1 day before it dies)
2. Prepare the intestines - please do not wash (a kidogo mavi adds to the flavour)
2. Stuff hizo shonde na kitungu saumu plus kitungu ya kawaida, then marinade with roiko na mafuta ya cowboy
2. Hang outside to gather bacteria (max. 2 days)
3. Carefully rub in goat blood and some shonde remnants from the goat
4. Roast in open fire
For Toivo
Since you are in Australia, I suggest you get an equivalent of Toivo from the Aborigines
Serve this meal in the cover of darkness reason being, goat shonde looks terrible disgusting during the day
If you decide to cook this,......Wishing you all the best !!
