Interveinal Chlorosis?

Hey pepperheads I'm not new to hydroponics, but new to the Kratky style. This MOA started out great but now needs serious help. I think it's Chlorosis from a high or low PH (I don't have a meter yet). I'm using a mild to medium strength nutes. I did start her out on bottled water, now I'm using tap water. I have a Roma tomato plant that's starting to look the same. I'm using 150w HPS light, about 10-12" above the leaves, no signs of burn on leaves yet. Temps are 84 degrees in tent on 20hr light cycles.

Thanks in advance!
