Intro

Hi, I'm Joe and I've been growing hot peppers in my Connecticut back yard for a few years. I make hot sauces, salsas, poppers, peppers and eggs, and some pickled pappers, too. This year I'm growing Jalapenos, Lemon Drops, Habaneros, Red Habaneros, Red Fresnos, and Hatches (Big Jim variety).
