I think like most shows it is probably scripted some what, and they are told to have that type of air about them. JMO
I wouldn't want to see them cook. Tofu on a ritz with basil oil doesn't appeal to me.

Didn't watch it. You mean they didn't really use the chiles? LAME! The secret ingredient was chocolate and a table of all kinds of chiles.
I DVRed it, and haven't watched yet. However, I did see a couple minutes of it, and saw someone drilling out serranos to make poppers.
