fertilizer-nutrients Is fish emulsion really thick?

Basically, just the question in the headline. I bought my first bottle of BioBizz Fish Mix from a shop that seems to specialize in medicinal plants. It is as thick as the Heinz ketchup of my childhood. Is that normal?

Some brands can be thick & smelly while others try to hide the smell.
I have in past had to mix my 5 gallon buckets of Alaska fish goop with a paint mixer in my 3/8" drill.

Smell or no fish emulsion has to be on of the best foods for my peppers.
