Is it just me? (Posting responses to status updates)

For the past few days, whenever I try to respond to someone's status update, I'll type something out, then hit the button to post it, but nothing seems to happen. It still seems that I'm in edit mode. I then hit the button to post it again, and again it seems nothing happens. If I then navigate elsewhere with the browser, then return to the page, however, I find that the response did post - and there are repeats for every time I hit the post button, which I then delete. Is this happening to anyone else?

Well since this topic is here. In chrome on linux external links open in two tabs on this site. I also can not edit any post.

So I kind of ignored this topic since I initially posted it. Okay more than "kind of"! At any rate, yes, it still happens to me. I'm using a Mac most of the time, but also a PC, and mostly use Firefox. Sometimes IE on the PC. Won't be going to Chrome any day soon.....
