Is it too late for these guys?

Long story short, I put a whole chilli into a pot and forgot about it for several months, and recently, I found the pot.
 
There were at least 20 of these weak plants growing in 1 small pot. I have taken out the ones that look the best, hoping that can recover.

Can they be saved?
