lighting Is my light ok like this?

During my dark cycle, one of my lights has started doing this. As long as it’s not likely to impact the service life of the light in a major way, I’m not worried about it.

Should this cause concern?

It looks like there is some current flowing through so something is wrong (the lamp driver maybe?). If it's something new I wouldn't trust it (risk of fire). Otherwise it should not be harmful to your plants (the moon provides light in a natural environment), although it would possibly be better without any light at all.
