Is my light setup sufficient enough?

I have 3 72 trays with a 1600 lum energy saver general purpose light over each tray. Will that be enough for the little guys? I am working on getting the pics to show my setup.
 
No. A standard single shop light floro put off 2,700 lumens x 2. At least set up a single 4' shop light over two of your trays you will happier with your results. Sorry.
 
If those trays are the kind I see at the store - two of them will fit in a 10.5" x 21" nursery flat, one shop light should cover four trays if it has a wide reflector.
