Is this Aji Crystal??

I was sold these seeds as Aji Crystal. I grew them, and here's what I got....

There has been some question here as to whether they are genuine!


These seemed to not want to go past the colour in the picture.... The flavour is very fruity, initially. The flavour almost reminds me of how a fruit washing-up liquid smells... I've never tasted such a pepper before...

They do resemble aji crystal even though some pods are malformed. there is also always the possibility the the seeds you obtained are of OP plant origin and not absolutely true.
As far as taste and aroma goes I have no personal experience as of yet and cannot add any value in that respect.
 
As far as there unwillingness to ripen. Give them time. I waited for a month for an aji cito to ripen enough to finally pluck it.

Patience will be rewarded. Chiles ripen at their own pace, not ours. They will change color if you wait longer.
