is this black spot??

Not mildew, looks like BLS. A little sulfur will take care of remaining spores. Remove the leaf. Any chew marks on any leaves? Slugs and snails will shit black/blue ink onto the leaves as they eat. But that looks like classic BLS
 
no chew marks--I first noticed it on a reaper a few weeks ago and saw it on 4 other plants but got sulpher today so thanks for the help.....
