I found what looked like fungus on my Bhuts after a large rainstorm. Now it's on some of my other plants as well

Possibly, it could also be sunburn from magnification of the suns rays through water pooled up on the leaves.

Sadly both of the plants affected came from the same nursery where as my unaffected plants came from a separate. Throwing out a bhut and habanero plant is going to ruin my day. They were the only "hot" peppers I had.
