Is this LED light good or not?

I'm looking into getting a bigger grow area next year and having a 250watt cfl light to tie in with my 2 45watt cfl's, but would the following LED light be a better idea? Would it be good for growing and flowering so I don't need to change from a blue cfl to red? I'm pretty clueless when it comes to LED's to be honest, and can't afford to delve into HPS etc.

So I should either look for a better brand or stick to the cfl's?

I have a 180W that works great.  I built a ring for CFL's on top of it for sup lighting as well.

Its an ongoing "discussion" as to how well they work vs all other lights. All I can say is my HO T5s show way better results than my $300+ UFO bloom boss and I tried so many suggestions regarding LED your head would spin.
