Hello, I will in the near future be bottom feeding coco coir/perlite mix either by temporarily sitting the bottom inch or so in nutrient mix, or by wicking from a rain gutter grow system.
The manufacturer of this 3 part nutrient gives a chart for both Drain to waste and Recirculating, both have very different ratios.
What one should I follow for the mentioned method?
Edit: Another Question. For chillies what would the suggest/best coco coir : jumbo perlite ratio be?
I also have medium size vermiculite laying around, should I also add that to the mix? If so what ratios of the 3?
Probably doesn't matter, but the coco coir will be hydrated from a brick, (not the ready to use type)
