plant-care Is this sunburn?

Help! So I got some plants online about two weeks ago and transferred them into pots, now they all look like they are dying, is it sunburn?

Just to confirm, that's what my sprouts looked like when I put some of them outside for the first time. Just phase them in (I hear) over about 10 days, starting with a couple hours outside a day, and working your way up.
 
OK thanks, I put them out for a couple of hours for about three days, now they are in a polytunnel and not looking great haha
