IT"S ALIVE !!!!!!

I had a Fatalii seedling with the hat stuck on so I decided to cut the whole top off with a razor blade as close as I could to the stem without killing it well it is on it's third day and I think it has some growth coming out of the top. I did the same thing last year with a 7-Pot and it lived but that one was accidently pulled of and not this close to the stem.

This is the day after I transplanted it

And this is today. That little piece coming out is new growth.

Dale, you might have not actually cut the growing tip, just the two cotyledon with the husk and now the first set of leaves is trying to grow. It might survive. I'd want the healthiest plants possible and just toss that one. My 2 cents.
