food Italian Pepper Salad

I know there is a name for this, but I'll be darned if I could find it. I saw this somewhere before, and decided to give it a shot. It turned out awesome. Not hot, but soooo good.

Ingredients:
Bell Peppers
Cuabanelles
Jalapeno
Habanero
Sweet Peppers
Pepperocini
Artichoke Hearts
Mushrooms
Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Sherry
Oregano
Basil
Sea Salt
Cracked Black Pepper

I roasted all the peppers except the sweet peppers which I added at the end for the crunchy texture. I then put them in a bowl and covered with cling wrap for ten minutes to help the skins come off. Peeled them, and mixed them with everything else. Refrigerate for two days. Serve chilled or let come to room temp. Optional, add some Italian meats and marinated mozzarella.

BAM!

Negative on the fajitas, just some toated Baguette slices rubbed with garlic for me. Maybe some Cambazola with it? I'm there.
