Italian Sausage with Onion/Peppers

3 TBSP. Olive Oil or Margarine
2 Yellow Onions
1 Yellow Pepper
1 Red Pepper
1 Green Pepper
1 Tsp. Minced Garlic
Pinch Rosemary
2 Bottles Pale Ale or Pilsner (12oz. each)
6 Italian Sausage (Hot or Mild)
6 Hoagie Rolls

In a medium-sized pot add olive oil and heat over medium-high heat. Add onions, peppers, and garlic, stirring frequently for 5 to 6 minutes until the onions start to brown. Lower the heat to medium-low and stir for another 5 to 6 minutes until the onions are a dark shade of brown. Do not burn the onions. Add sausage and deglaze with beer, add Rosemary, then bring to a low simmer, cooking for 30 minutes and keeping the heat on low.
