jalapeno mash

Today I've made my first jalapeno mash, and had a few questions. I got a decent amount from the 7 pods I used. I used water as the base, and was wondering, should I let the stuff ferment, use it fresh and make it into something. Basically what's the best method for it to get the most amount of heat with it. I basically wanna try to turn it into a hot sauce since it's way too fine to be used for much else. I kept seeds, placenta and all in the mash, to retain maximum heat.

Add diced tomatoes, onion, cilantro, garlic, red bell pepper, adobo, lime, and any other chopped greens you may like. go buy some tortilla chips, sit down watch a good movie and enjoy your salsa and chips!
