This is a very tasty sauce. Has nice cherry scorp aroma upon opening. First thing you taste is a nice cherry undertone followed by the sharp heat of the scorp. A very thin sauce so perfect for cheesecake, ice cream , or any other desert. Also great on chicken, pork and any other of our favorite white meats. On a heat scale from 1 to 10 I give it a 8. Definitely a must for any chili-head that wants a clean tasting sauce with plenty of heat to boot.
