So, last fall I bought some fresh peppers and three bottles of hot sauce from Brian - Piney Hab, Fatalii Lime and Jimmy Scorpion. The first two I opened straight away and have been enjoying. The Jimmy Scorpion was to be for in my son's Christmas stocking so I hid it until then.
Well, I forgot where I hid it! A couple weeks ago I found it in the liqueur cupboard behind the Kahlua (good hiding place, no doubt).
My son and I have made frequent use of his "Christmas gift". It's a fine sauce - very hot, great flavor.
