The Weekend of Fire is a wild weekend filled with fun, food and contests. Over 50 vendors and more than 300 samples will be waiting for you in this Fiery Foods Show! There will be vendors coming from all over the country ready to sample their hottest foods. They’ll have sauces that range from mild to wild, including ones that might make you believe your mouth is on fire. The sauces aren’t the only wild things in this show - wait until you see the people, costumes and booths! The hot sauce community is outrageous, bodacious and contagious!
NOT JUST HOT SAUCE
The Weekend of Fire is an amazing place for hot sauce lovers, but there is so much more. As you go booth to booth, you’ll try many hot sauces (from mild to wild), but you’ll also find BBQ sauces, salsas, rubs, mustard, spices and even more. If the food can be hot, there is a good chance you’ll find it here.
TAKE HOME YOUR FAVORITES
You can purchase your favorite products right from the manufacturers! Each booth will have plenty of product on hand, so sample all you please and be sure to take some home for later. You can find some of the best deals of the year at the booths during the show.
COMPETITION IS HOT
Join us in the Arena of Fire throughout the weekend for spicy contests designed to push competitors to their limits. If you’re not brave enough to compete, be sure to stop by and cheer on the competitors as they consume some of the hottest items from the show.
VOTE AND BE HEARD
Each year, you the fan will decide who walks out of the Weekend of Fire with a coveted WOFI and who must wait another year. Be sure to grab a ballot and place your votes for awards such as: Best Hot Sauce, Best Salsa, Best Booth and more. The awards will be given at the end of the day Saturday and posted online.
ACTIVITIES FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY
This family friendly show will be packed with activities for everyone. There will be face painting and balloon twisters to entertain kids of all ages. There will also be stilt walkers making their way through the crowd and more. Don’t miss the chance to experience the excitement of this show!
AND SOME JUST FOR ADULTS
If the spicy samples have your mouth on fire, stop by the bar and grab a beer to cool you down. There will be special drink prices and more to keep you hydrated and ready to sample all the fiery foods you can handle.
PLAYING WITH FIRE
A weekend devoted to spicy foods wouldn’t be complete without an entertainer playing with fire. Don’t miss their amazing juggling skills and other daring tricks. You may feel like you’re mouth is in flames, but watch as they literally eat fire.

From 1:00 - 5:00 the band, The Juice, will be performing on the monorail terrace.
Classic R&B, hot Blues, and sweet Soul for those who like some fun with their music.
