Just picked up Cajohn's Scorch

Well I just got a couple new sauces today..
I picked up my regulars...Then saw Pure Death and Scorch..

WEll the pure death is very tasty...no extract..
Clean flavors..But almost no heat..

Scorch on the other hand is HOTTTT...

The Fatalii is the first pepper to show itself..(as always..lol)
Than the Hab...It tastes really great...and is just as hot as Fatalli Fire IMO..

Now after eating 2/3 the bottle of Pure Death...
It is a very good sauce...very very good..
Very little heat even with the Jolokia

It almost reminds me of that pure flavor like Kato's Down South or Marie Sharp's Hab sauce..

Very Clean sauce...I'd argue this might be Blair's best sauce behind...Salsa de la Muerte...IMHO
If not his best...

I agree completely. I used about a half a bottle on one quesadilla. So good, but not all that hot. I'm sure if we wait a year or so there will be a hotter version.
