Yeaaa.....prolly not quite yet.... :lol:.... Just going for a little niche...
 
I suggest adding cumin since it always gives some deeper flavors which rounds all sauces I do and I taste it in many industrial products as well.
 
Thanks for the suggestion, Gordke. I love cumin in a lot if dishes. The recipe is set for now, ready to send to the PA.
 
Curry ketchup is a good idea for a flavor too. Then cumin seed (toasted) yeah, yellow curry powder, curry leaves, coriander.
 
Ya know I haven't seen a Vindaloo Ketchup! I would welcome that flavor!
 
I will add it to the list.....
