Hello everyone. I would like to introduce you to our award winning hot sauce, KHAN'S ISLAND SAUCE. My wife and I started our hot sauce business two years ago. We won first place in the 2003 Scovie Awards and second place in 2004. The Scovie's are presented by Fiery Foods Magazine. We were very honored and to say the least suprised that we won our first year in business. My wife is from Trinidad in the carribean. Our sauce is derived from her dad's recipe. It is a true home style sauce. It's not extemely hot and has a great flavor. We have distribution across the country.
