Kielbasa with Onions

3 TBSP. Olive Oil or Margarine
1 Yellow Onion
1 Red Onion
1 Tsp. Minced Garlic
2 Bottles Steam Beer, or American Wheat (12oz. each)
6 Kielbasa (Smoked or Regular)
6 Hoagie Rolls

In a medium-sized pot add olive oil and heat over medium-high heat. Add onions, and garlic, stirring frequently for 5 to 6 minutes until the onions start to brown. Lower the heat to medium-low and stir for another 5 to 6 minutes until the onions are a dark shade of brown. Do not burn the onions. Add kielbasa and deglaze with beer, then bring to a low simmer, cooking for 30 minutes and keeping the heat on low.
