We bought a printer (Canon C-3200) and started printing all of our stuff in-house.

Our labels are down to less than a 1/2 cent each.

Agreed. We invested in a color laser printer and waterproof vinyl labels, and are saving a very good chunk of change.

Invested is the right word... It'll be a while before our printer finishes paying for itself.

But... given the way the sauces go in and out of the fridge... waterproof labels are VERY important.
