I was recently forwarded a link for an interesting concept, basically taking the community garden to a new level.

I'm thinking of joining as I have a bit of land. What does everyone else think?
 
I remember watching the River Cottage series where they started this. Was amazing to see what can happen with a little cooperation. Only difference there to here was that they had housing complexes overlooking the land to spot the half-wits who like to break things - also they don't have a problem with water supply/rates.

It's a great plan though - if there was one near me, I'd be there.
