Fert burn or nutrient deficency

Freshly potted in potting mix with coir and perlite - about 2-3 weeks ago...

No added fert apart from what was already in the potting mix and coir.

Some potting mixes are kind of potent.....fertilizer wise.

It's the same potting mix I have been using for the last couple of years - some sort of "premium" potting mix from the local hardware store.

I think maybe it might be a case of one or two seedlings being a little more sensitive to it than the average...

Leaves closest to the soil will do that when they get wet and the sun hits them. The tips get scalded yellow, brown and dry up. If it were a nutrient issue then new growth would exhibit the same symptoms
