health leaf problem. Dark spots

Hi people. Have a little problem. Only affecting one plant. Spreading from new growth down. Removed around 4 leaves so far. Leaves started crinkled then went like this:

if you think the spots are similar to this pic...... then its bacterial spots......... are the leaves getting yellow as the "spots" progress while emerging on the leaves?..... bacterical sports are usually pretty difficult to get rid of in my experience...... last year i had a hungarian hot wax that looked similar....... ended up just killing it :/ ...... but some type of copper based fungicide might do the trick......

Hi Shameal.

The spots seem to be printed on the leaf. If you look on the underside only a few specs of dark are visable. I have removed infected leaves and will be keeping an eye on the rest.
