Hello, need an advice with the problem of a plant, please check the pictures.
It is the only plant with this problem

seems like a big plant for a small cup, maybe he's just growing confined / unhappy / limiting more veg growth as his root system maybe can't  support it all.
 
OK, thank you guys, will see what happens.
The cup is not very small, maybe because of the angle of the picture. However is the same cup as other +100 have and no other looks like this.
