health Leaf spots

I'm no expert but my guess is the reason no one has responded is that those spots are not very troubling. Leaves get variations in color and shape all the time. Unless the spots start drying out or go brown or black I would just let them be. Might be a little over-watered or something minor, could be a small nutrient deficiency, or just how that plant grows. Hard to say. Just keep an eye on it.
Turn the leaves over. Is there bumps on the under side of the leaves. If yes it is oedema. Get some air moving in the grow room and water less would be my advice
