Leaves going yellow/brown

Hi, I have a some Bishop hats and trinidad scorpions that are getting yellowing/browning to the leaves as shown in these images:
 

 

 
 
Ive fed with granule fertilizer, and blood and bone, rain watered,.
 
One plant I ripped out of garden bed had nematodes, (whitish clumps and bumps on roots) is the yellowing and browning an indication of root nematodes or something else?

Granular ferts AND blood AND bone might be too much N.

When did you use the given fertilizers? And what type of granular fertilizer was it?
