T thismembername Apr 23, 2013 #1 I have two plants that were recently moved outside from indoors, and a few leaves on these two plants are turning white. Does this look like sun damage? Maybe i didnt harden them off enough?

geeme Apr 23, 2013 #3 Agree. If you have a way to shield them a bit during the day, you might do that for a week or so.

Pepperhead Apr 24, 2013 #7 Bunch of that this year. If those leaves don't come back, trim them and the new growth will take over. For a tropical climate plant, mine seem very easily sunburned. I guess it's all this tropical Virginia weather.
