disease Leaves turning yellow and falling one by one

Hi,

I have a few chili plants of the same type that seem to follow the same pattern - nice growth, green leaves, flowers, chilli's start to grow and then, slowly, all the leaves are turning yellow and falling.
I left home once for 4 days and when I came back one of the plants had lost practically all the leaves. I cut all the branches, leaving the main stem about 10cm from the ground and now it looks like new stems are starting to grow.

The plants are in pots outside, the soil pH is 7 and I fertilize them once every 2-4 weeks. Other types of chilis on my balcony are doing just fine.

As you will see, I've also noticed a dust-like thing on the stem (in the picture where the chilli fruit is being shown).

Please help me identify the reason of this, as I have 3 plants in different stages of the same pattern.

Thanks a lot @Annuchin ! 🍻
I checked the symptoms of spider mites infestation and it fits very well.
I was familiar with the looks of aphids, white flies, black flies, but I had never heard of spider mites. Now that I know, I will check all my the other plants as well, just in case
