I planted one of these plants and have just harvested a ton of pods. Can I make sauce out of these? I have already dried about 40 pods. Can peppers be frozen for later use w/o sacrificing flavor?
Sure, you can make sauce. You will sacrifice texture if you freeze them, I don't think they lose flavor. If you are cooking or making sauce it doesn't really matter if you freeze them.
