overwintering Lighting Suggestion for Attempted Over Wintering

If you've been following my glog (http://thehotpepper.com/topic/73278-my-zone-6a-ct-1st-time-growing-from-seed/) know the good growing season I've had for a first year larger pepper garden. I don't physically have space to move my entire army inside; but I do have 1 of my reapers I'd like to try over wintering. Of course will take a bit of trimming to bring its height down but trying to find a reasonable priced grow light (white) not the multi-color appeared since I'll be keeping it like a pet in my bedroom.

Found 1 more basic light https://www.amazon.com/Hydrofarm-FLF27DF-AgroBrite-Floor-27-watt/dp/B00KCTB9L8 but any other suggestions or recommendations? My regular indoor grow lights are all the range of colors; this I'd prefer as more natural white since I don't want to be blasted in face everytime I'm actually in the room. I do have ability to hang a light a few inches from ceiling if absolutely necessary, but strongly prefer a free standing type thing like this.

Cost isn't really an issue, but prefer to not spend an arm and a leg simply for basically a light to let it go into dormancy anyways soon.

Hey just saw your post and I thought Id let you know what I have.  I've been using these Hidden Harvest led lights.https://www.thehiddenharvestcompany.com/shop/hidden-harvest-micro-mole-36-watt-grow-panel
I have used them for seedlings till time to plant out and overwintered with them.  The light color isn't offensive. I currently have a couple of pepper crosses from PollenNut that are under them.  They will work from seedling to harvest. I know there are plenty of other brands out there so take your time and look around.  I will say that these don't have a fan so they are quiet.  Even without the fan they don't get very hot.  Oh, and I'll add that I keep them on a timer so it's set and forget.  They aren't free standing though.  I use the adjustable light pulleys and have them hung from the ceiling with a plant hanger hook.
Let me know if you have any questions about them.

Looks like a nice little light, though i'm strictly using this for over wintering a plant versus all stages of growth. I have a nice setup with grow tables inside and some good full spectrum lights for germination to transplant. This pepper coming back inside is 1 of those I grew inside, transplanted outside, and hope to bring back in (with a bit of trimming back).  How strong is it? Looks very small for a light?
