Lobster meat
Precooked Potatoes
Beetroot from Garden
Spinach from Garden
1 egg
Vinaigrette home made
Chipotle
Ginger powder
Seasoning
 
I cut up the potatoes and pulsed them in processor with egg then added Meat and powders.
Make into patties and fried in Coconut oil
Made a bed of Spinach and Beetroot leaves . I did top them up with a Cranberry Salsa I made.
Shredded the Beetroot and poured the vinegar from one of my Dill pickle jars
