Hey Gang,
I'm excited with the quick response and promise to answer every email soon.
The best way to reach me is by email because some days I'm on THP regularly, other times not for days at a time.

I'll discuss each possibility with you individually, as everyone is in a different place with growing space, growing capability, experience, etc.
With this being a public post...let me say this as honestly as I know how to.
This offer is not for everybody.
But for the growers that this can work for it can be some extra income.
My brother Bill and his wife Veronika grew some varieties for us (a smaller quantity of seeds they grew in Ft. Myers, Fl) and made about $2,000+ in their first year.
That was just in their backyard garden and adding some containers.
My friend Sammy's bother Richard and wife Kelly grew for us and had several crop issues...so may make 1/2 that much.
I have larger contract growers that can make almost 10x that much.
EVERY case is different.
Some of this is new to me as our business is growing so fast. Hmmm... "Growing"....that wasn't on purpose. I'm not that smart.
But we're still learning as we go.
I had some growers did well last year...and some didn't.
The ones that didn't do well had crop failures due to issues like the Drought, damping off, cooking their tiny seedlings in the sun before hardening off, etc.
Some underestimated what it takes to de-seed hot peppers...using gloves, masks etc.
One guy went to the bathroom after deseeding without using gloves...OUCH!
What I'm excited about here at THP is that we may have a higher level of grower that is used to working around these issues with growing Hot Peppers and Tomatoes.
Here's the risk at your end and my end...very little. Mostly our time.
If your crop doesn't grow and I can't buy your seeds, my risk is that I need to try and find the variety you were growing for us elsewhere. I have no actual cost involved except the time that I spent with you.
We did hold a big conference call to talk about "Best Methods" with all growers.
Your risk is any expense that you may have spent growing a hot pepper crop that failed.
My guess is that's little downside if you have a growing infrastructure already in place.
If not, the beginning initial expense could add up.
I supply the seeds (so you have no costs there) to make sure they are a pure strain that I can stand behind.
This isn't a race to respond....one thing I now realize is that getting a supply of seeds besides what we grow ourselves is an increasing and ongoing challenge. So my guess is we can always use and appreciate qualified growers...big and small.
Also, I don't want to start to depend on a few big growers (in addition to what we grow) ...because if something happens to one of them our seed supply could be at risk.
These are just some of the fun risks of running a small business like we have.
I just thought I'd put all of this out there for the sake of disclosure and total honesty so you can decide if you want to respond or if this possibility is even for you..
The upside to being a grower is not just the extra income, but you still keep the peppers.
Freeze them, dehydrate them, make hot sauces, sell them on Ebay or THP. Whatever.
With the Tomatoes you can freeze the tomato pulp for Chili, Spaghetti sauce, Salsa, etc.
You're really just selling the seeds that you may throw away anyway.
Anyway, this is a little bit more information to save my time and yours to see if this may be a fit for you.
Thanks,
Joe
