I don't know the origins of the others, but GK is from Italy, so it might be more available to someone in Europe or that particular country. I have ten seeds at the moment, so until I can grow at least one plant out and produce a pod for seed, I can't give any away. However, once I do, I am going to offer this to other fellow THP members hopefully this year, and maybe in time for others to grow before winter strikes. If you have not picked this one up by then, make sure to check back and I can send a few seeds out to you. Some of the others you mentioned I believe are rare as well, but perhaps they can still be found. If you desperate for at least the GK consider joining A.I.A.S.P. on facebook. Search their posts and you will come to the offer. I am unsure if the offer is still available though.
Edit: Chocolate Brainstrain is not technically available, although some members do have it. Until its stabilized, it won't be offered for sale, and the few who have it don't want to interfere with the work of the creator by just giving them out. It might be a strain that defeats the Reaper as the World's hottest, and so its guarded. Give it time though, and it will become available.
