wanted Looking for Chinese Ornamental Peppers

Good Evening!! I always have the hardest time finding these peppers... I'm in Blue Island, IL.. anyone know where I can find some? I can usually find a few plants at Home Depot but it's usually later in the season and I would love to get them going now!

Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Thanks

The CPI has provided some fine strains of ornamental peppers that I suspect are a source for the seasonal plants sold at many HD and Lowes. They are a fine source for seed http://www.chilepepperinstitute.org/cart/seeds/nmsu_varieties/
