wanted Looking for GRIF1613, 1614 or 1615 seeds. C.pubescens

These are a possibility for the unknown small C.pubescens I have from Pepperproblem. Does anyone have seeds or know where they might be obtained???

This is GRIF1615.

I'd check with HOMBRE.
He grows only Pubes.

That small Pube I've seen before.

Probably have seeds BUT can't remember what they were called.

It was a few years ago that I got them.
My seed collection got cooked last spring,IF I could figure out the name given to the small guys they probably won't grow...
Seems like the seeds were given a name because nobody knew what they were at the time.

Seems they were large grape sized pods and a very productive plant-referred to as grapes or something.
Seeds were from some one who was given seeds and grew them out.

I'd give Hombre an E mail/PM...

If he doesn't know about them, nobody will...

Can't send a PM,box is full...

I'd bet he can give you info about them, source or whatever.

PM went through this time.

Check out his pics...I'm almost positive he can help you out-head you in the right direction for anything Pube.

Yup agree on hombre he is the pubescens guy he only grows pubescens nothing else well at least that's what was happening last time I spoke with him but anyways he will most likely know.

If you're looking for something even similar Peter @ semillas has one just like that but more elongated. The description says it's an early pube, who knows. It's listed as PI 387838. Hope it helps.

I communicated with Hombre. This is what Alexander wrote,

Hey Nigel saw your post at THP. It is really hard to get hands on varieties from the USDA. I had mine from JohnT and GuyH back in 2008 and that was really old seeds from a time when it was easier to order there. I am allways keeping my eyes open to get some of those, but in the last 5 years I only managed to get some ones directly from them and then only 1 variety. And not so many people are really interested in growing Pubescens, that is why it is hard too find sepcialis like those.

And for the Pepperproblem C.pubescens I also posted about,

The Problem is that many pubescens are not tha homogeneous like other Capsicum. One of my wild guesses is a PI 387838 Hybrid. Had allmost 50 diffrent ones in 2009 or there is a small Canario out there, too .I do not believe you will find anyboady that can give you a real name for it. Just because in pubescens there are not many names around for special varieties the most is just made up. The CAP 867 Orange that semilas sells has once in a while bigger pods, but most of the time they are smaller.
